Communtiy Centre Update


Due to increasing demand in accessing our COVID-19 support services, we have added another incoming line to the main centre number (01686 505 103), hopefully, this will increase our ability to take calls. If you are unable to get through, please leave a message, on average we are getting back to people within 30 minutes. Please use this number for prescription collections, shop queries and general centre enquiries.

Abermule Community Centre Shop

At present deliveries are Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons with order cut-offs 15:00 the day before. If there is a product you require that is not listed on-line, please get in touch. We will source this for you and list it for future purchases. The shop is available via the Community Centre Website (www.abermule.cymru), Our Facebook Page(@AbermuleCommunityCentre) or our special shop site (http://Abermule.company.site/). We can take orders via the phone, if you require a paper copy of our provisions list please get in touch.

Bulk Prescription Collections

We are undertaking daily collections from Newtown Park Street and Montgomery Surgeries.

Collections from Lloyds, Boots, Welshpool and Morrisons Pharmacy by arrangement.

Prescriptions are delivered to your door.

Please order your prescription as normal from your surgery, then contact us by 15:00 on the day of collection. Please not pharmacies are experiencing unprecedented demand, please check the when the prescription will be ready before you arrange a collection. Collections can be arranged by contacting us on info@abermule.cymru or 01686 505 103. If you need to leave a message, please provide your fill name, address, where the prescription will collected from and date that the prescription will be ready

Refurbishment Works

As the site is closed to the public, we are taking the opportunity to complete refurbishment works on the Main Hall. These works have been risk-assessed and will comply with Government Guidelines.
